Macarons at LRT Ampang Park : Ramadhan Bazaar 2011

Fancy simple, chic and affordable mini hampers for giveaways ? Hari Raya is coming up very soon and we have this to offer for our macarons lovers.

Consists of assorted flavours of macarons and priced at RM45 each container. Suitable for those who loves simple and stylish giveaways rather than messy up do hampers.

We have this up for sale at our booths, both at LRT Ampang Park Station and PKNS. Upcoming Axis Atrium will have these mini hampers as well. All are limited quantity.

This mini hamper is our Signature Hampers and will be trademarked for Lildaisy Cuppycakes' Macaroon Mini Hampers.

So give us a visit at all our Booths. LRT Ampang Park booth until 26th August while PKNS Bangi's booth (1st Floor) until 28th August. Axis Atrium booth will be at Ground Floor (in front of Poh Kong) until 26th August 2011.

There will be more than macaroons! Red Velvet cupcakes, Raya Cookies and Acar Buah are up for grab as well.

Macarons and RV Cupcakes : Ramadhan Bazaar at Kompleks PKNS Bangi

We will be at 1st Floor, Kompleks PKNS Bangi, in front of Billion Shopping Centre and Azie Cosmetics (Lot 12) selling our  Macarons and Cupcakes.

The booth will be opened from 4pm until 9pm (or until all sold out). Ara is the person in charge. Regulars in Bangi will know how to contact us.

For Ampang customers, we will have one day OPEN DAY for customers to pick and choose their own macarons. Further announcement will be made on this in our Facebook Event.

Our cupcakes and cakes are open for Hari Raya orders from Seri Kembangan branch since Bangi and Ampang will be selling over the counter. Kindly contact Seri Kembangan (0177000443) orders and kindly book 2 weeks before pick up.

Macarons : Hampers For Hari Raya (Eid Mubarak) & Ramadhan 2011

We have new member joining the line up for our hampers. Macarons now available for hamper orders for Hari Raya (Eid Mubarak) and Ramadhan.

You may opt to fill the macarons into a clear box like our picture above. Or clear container as below :

The decoration will be made to suit the festive hamper chosen. We will adapt the best deco suitable to your budget and theme.

The decoration above is just for illustration purposes to preserve authenticity of our creations. What you see here is the minimal deco that we will provide for each hamper/doorgift so as to suit the theme of the festive season we're celebrating.

Each hamper will consist of Hari Raya cookies OR dates for Ramadhan accompanying the Macarons of your choice.(Maximum mixed flavours of 3 excluding red velvet and raspberry).

Barbie : Miss Kate and Macs

We have Miss Kate here! Done for an order on 29th April 2011,on the wedding day of HRH, Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge, better known as Kate Middleton to all.

This was for little miss Kyra. Hence the name of Kate was chosen of all the 'K's that coincide with this creation.

Edible image cupcakes and macarons accompanied Kate on that day. Our minimum order for edible image is 20 pieces per order.

Pink, white and black incorporated for Kate's dress, cupcakes and macarons. Special order macarons of any theme is available on request (minimum order applies) with terms and conditions to observe.

Macarons At Ampang Park LRT Station : Choo Choo Market Event KL

Looking for our most talked about macs? Good coz we will be participating in the Choo Choo Market event at Ampang Park LRT Station this 7th and 8th July 2011 from 10am till 9pm.
Lildaisy Cuppycakes will be at Booth Number 2 , located behind the ticket counter. Our booth is easily accessible from LRT train escalator (embark/disembarking area). We are just beside the glass separator so basically customers can see us once they disembark/embark from the train. (You don't need to punch your ticket if Ampang Park is not your final destination).

Macaroons at PKNS Bangi - 1 More Week to go until 3rd July 2011

It was a hectic week last week for us at Lildaisy preparing all the macaroons for our booth. Our orders are fully booked until middle of July due to overwhelming response from customers and friends.

Jaz Macaroons is our Macaroon brand under Lildaisy Cuppycakes. We thank you for all the compliments received and positive feedback from customers and buyers. We also apologise for those whom we can't cater for. We are truly overloaded with orders and more coming. Alhamdullilah for the trust given to us.

Ara, as seen, couldn't literally sit because of our macs! Good job Ara!. Ee (not in picture) is a very hardworking assistant indeed.We are lucky to have him to assist us everyday since we opened the booth.

Macaroons at Kompleks PKNS Bangi (Macarons) 16th June -3rd July 2011

We will open a booth at Kompleks PKNS Bangi from 16th June to 3rd July selling our macaroons, red velvet cupcakes and cakes.

There will  be 8 flavours at one time per day. Quantity depending on demands we have per day. Selling on first come first serve basis, we hope to be able to cater to daily request from our existing customers plus walk in customers.

Our best sellers macaroons such as chocolate, strawberry, cherry, blueberry, green apple and salted caramel will take turn to be sold whilst vanilla, orange, lemon, peach, mango, peanut butter, kiwi and cream cheese will also be featured.

Macaroons (or Macarons....) Flavours

Macaroons is the word in English. While Macarons is in French (u gotta pronounce it right, just as the English word but more prominent of "RHUUN") at the end.
Either way, it is the most sought after sweetness in life at the moment.
We would like to inform our customers that IF you are allergic to NUTS, please do not consume this sugary sweet delicacy. It is made from Almond Flour (main ingredient).

See those lovelies up there? It's Lemon, Orange (1st row), Blackcurrant Cherry, Lemon (2nd Row) and Strawberry, Blackcurrant Cherry (last row). See how the filling is as per the colour of the fruit itself?

We have customers who told us that some sellers out there uses Butter or Margarine for filling (then add some fruit jams). Here in Lildaisy, we only use butter in Salted Caramel or Vanilla. All other Fruit Fillings are made from REAL FRUITS and contains NO BUTTER NOR SHORTENING.

3rd Appearance in Stailista Magazine

This time around, Fasha Sandha is THE cover girl. She was once linked to a VIP son, then selected to be featured for February issue, where some was celebrating Valentine's day.

We again, humbly thank En. Anwar Razali for choosing us to be featured for the 3rd time. This time it was about our teddy cake.

Not an everyday affair to get our faces published in a magazine. We wish to thank our followers, FB customers and friends for making this effortless for us. We strive to make the best products for all who ordered.

Some might say our products are a bit pricey. We would say, try it once, and you'll come back for more. All our designs are handmade and customade (tailor-made even!) for every customers. Unless if they require existing designs, the first design always a custom-made.

For the price you pay, we guarantee you will be satisfied. Out goes the saying, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Monkeys? Let the Angry Birds deal with them!

Macarons Filling Secret

  So the story goes. After successful baking of our macarons shells (the pied formed!), next come the most daunting task. Making the filling. Most people just grab a bottle of jam or sort to fill up. Nope. Not for us. Only the best serves to fill our macs.

Well it won't be a secret anymore if we tell you. Haha. Read on though.

  A true breed macarons can stand on the side (as you can see in every macarons of ours), so putting a simple jam won't do.It will run through your macs shell, leaving the shell all alone. It has to be cooked with passion and the right ingredient to achieve the right texture. Same goes to the shell. To achieve this, the right temperature would do the job perfectly!

  The hardest we would say to make this salted caramel filling. Careful not to burn the sugar, or too low of fire can test your patience.

  Nope we do not use shortcuts by using SHORTENINGS. We will test our patience NOT yours. SO go grab a mac to make your day.

Charity Bazaar - Great Eastern Mall, Jalan Ampang

This charity bazaar was organised by Soroptimist International Club Ampang. We got the opportunity from a lovey friend of ours, Ms. Lina Shaik. Want to know more about Soroptimist? Can Google them up, as usual.
Our set up, simple but nice was our theme.

The pictures here are a bit distorted due to small pixelation (from our bb camera not our usual DLSR). Gotta make do with what we have right?

As you can see, Ms Farah Ara was busy packing our chocolate moist cupcake into those boxes. On the cupcake tier is our Red Velvet cupcake (which was sold at RM3 each only). For the sake of charity. Our theme colors are Pink and White with polka dot background. Vintage English some say. For us, those colors made our little booth looked so cosy!

Those white trays house our macarons for sale that day. Everything was literally gone by 2pm on Saturday, 5th March! Thank you so much to those who came and bought! Not to forget those who came for the sake of knowing us. Awwwww... It was very touching seeing our own online customers came from afar just to meet us. *HUGS*.
